How can I pay?
We accept American Express, Maestro (Domestic) Solo, Mastercard, Visa Credit, UK Visa Debit, UK Visa Electron, Commercial Cards, Maestro and JCB.
How much will my postage be?
Charges for postage and packaging are calculated on the cost of your order minus items that aren't physical products (donations, virtual gifts, conference bookings etc):

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
Please allow between seven and 14 days for delivery.
Can I order over the phone?

Our lines are open on Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm (both UK time).
Will you keep my information private?
We take the privacy of your information very seriously. Our online shop conforms to Epilepsy Action's privacy policy.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
You can have a full refund if the goods ordered turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered. Any refunds will be given as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.

Any advice and information materials sold on this site are supplied by Epilepsy Action, a working name of British Epilepsy Association. Any other items are supplied by BEA Trading Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Epilepsy Association. Any goods sold within the books, audio books, DVDs or videos sections are assessed by our advice and information staff before being promoted by Epilepsy Action.
